Book Traegers for Your off-site event

Traegers is available to serve at your special event! Whether it is a wedding reception, a fundraiser, or just a gathering of friends or colleagues Traegers’ beautiful, portable, copper-topped bars can make your event even more memorable. We will need following information to complete the paperwork necessary to submit to the State of New Mexico for your requested booking. Once received we will contact you to discuss reservation fees and rates.

*Please note we must submit all off-site event applications AT LEAST 10 days prior to the event. Thus all information needed below must be submitted to us No Less Than 20 Days before your event to ensure all information is correct and paperwork is completed for the State of New Mexico.

*Please note that for every 100 expected guests 1 security personnel is required. For small events under 200 guests Traegers employees can usually fulfill the security requirement. For larger events the event sponsor will be required to provide security. Please indicate whether you would like Traegers to perform security for your event or if you will be using another security force (if you indicate that you would like Traegers to perform security, we will contact you to discuss this in further detail to ensure that it is possible). For security outside of Traegers employees, please list the licensed security company name, phone number, and the number of security personnel that will be at your event.

The Following Must be Emailed to champion@traegersbar.com as soon as possible:

*Detailed floor plan and or/aerial map (on 8 ½ x 11 sheet) must be submitted showing exactly where the event is to be held *Indicate on the map where the bar will be set up, indicate on map if serving area is to be enclosed (required if it is a public event where children will be present), mark all entrances & exits for the event area *Estimated square footage for the proposed alcohol service area We will be in contact with you as quickly as possible once we receive this application to discuss any questions you may have regarding your event, what needs to be emailed and to confirm all details. We will also need signatures on the paperwork we submit to the State of New Mexico from the event sponsor and property owner one all information and documents have been received.
